Licensed Practical Nurses

LPNs are required to complete 30 contact hours of continuing education every 2 years.
Registered Nurses

RNs are required to complete 30 contact hours of continuing education every 2 years.
Advanced Practice Registered Nurses

APRNs must maintain national certification in their area of specialty.

APRNs with DEA registration are required to complete 5 contact hours of non cancer pain management.

Certified Nurse Midwives must complete 30 contact hours; 10 of which must be in pharmacology.
